By downloading, installing, or using SwiftFX - Currency Converter (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The App provides currency conversion using exchange rates sourced from the Frankfurter API, which derives its data from the European Central Bank (ECB). The App supports over 150 currencies and offers features including real-time conversion, offline cached rates, and historical exchange rate charts.
Exchange rates provided by the App are indicative only and should not be relied upon for financial transactions. Actual rates offered by banks, payment processors, or currency exchanges may differ.
The App offers a free tier (ad-supported) and an optional auto-renewable premium subscription. The subscription's exact plans, pricing, and any trial offer are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you buy, and may vary by region — this page does not restate them so they always stay accurate.
The App's exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to rely on them for financial trading or transactions without independent verification from an authoritative source.
Exchange rates shown in the App are indicative only and do not constitute financial advice. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and actual rates offered by banks or currency exchanges may differ.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or network connectivity problems. The Frankfurter API (our exchange rate data source) is a third-party service that may experience outages or discontinuation outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sunil Sharma is not liable for financial losses or other damages arising from your reliance on the App's exchange rate data.
Our total liability in connection with the App is limited to the amount you have paid for the App's subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or excludes any statutory right, that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
The App's design, graphics, user interface, and original content are the property of Sunil Sharma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Exchange rate data is provided by the European Central Bank via the Frankfurter API.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Cancellation of your subscription can be done through your device's subscription settings.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
